I have been an athlete since the age of 5, on a constant discovery of the intelligence and power of the human body. I was a bodybuilder on and off from 2017-2023, gifting me even deeper intelligence with what the body is capable of.
My deep dive into the mysteries began with communing with my bleed in 2021, I moved forward and wrote a 40+ page e book along with “Womb of Creation” in 2023-2025. Since then, I have revised a lot of those teachings to be integrated into FLESH.
My journey as an entrepreneur and guide began in 2018 in the health/fitness industry. I left hooters in 2019 to be a personal trainer and online coach and have evolved throughout the years to full body gnosis.
A big focus of my life since 2021 has been both the primal and the divine. In 2024-2025, I moved through a priestess ordination program in devotion to deeper exploration in prayer and the Mother and Father.
In 2021 at my first retreat, I received the instruction to birth a school for humans to thrive. My intention for this breathwork session was “Expression,” to which I now understand as the DNA expression of the Human Animal. This has been the main focus of my life for over 5 years now… It is now Flesh, A Mystery school with a multidisciplinary approach.
